US EPA: Tentative approval of PADEP’s changes to Drinking Water Program
Although PADEP adopted revised regulations many years ago, for various reasons EPA approval did not occur until now. On November 4, 2020, a notice appeared in the Federal Register announcing our tentative approval of the Ground Water Rule and Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule. The notice is also soliciting comments and offering an opportunity for a public hearing on this decision. Comments due December 4, 2020.
