AWWA’s New Renewal Process for Members Launches in October!
As you may have heard, AWWA is introducing a new renewal and payment process for members in October 2022. As we are quickly approaching October, I want to provide you with an update on the coming changes.
First, as a reminder, you will now get a renewal notice via email that will include a click-to-pay feature. Look for an email from [email protected] in your inbox to find your digital renewal notice. Individual members will not need to log into their online accounts to renew, and organizational members will also be able to pay online. We are excited that all members will have the option to pay online with an electronic check/ACH, in addition to credit card payment options.
You will continue receiving a renewal notice in the mail, but you will notice some changes to it starting next month. The option to pay via credit card will be available through our online platform, which you can access through the digital notice or by calling Customer Service at 1.800.926.7337. The process for updating your membership profile will continue to be the same as before. Individuals can use My Account to make changes, while organizational members will need to send us the additional pages of their notice.
