The project team from the Water Center at Penn wishes you a healthy and safe start to the new year! Much work has been done in the development of the Southwestern Pennsylvania (SW PA) Water Network over the last year and much to look forward to. Please find attached a Year-in-Review document for the SW PA Water Network.
One critical announcement is the call for proposals for an organization to host the SW PA Water Network (see below and full RFP document).

FINDING A HOME FOR THE
SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA WATER NETWORK
The SW PA Water Network has been evolving for the past few years – starting from a handful of folks to now over 170 individuals. As the network continues to grow, it is necessary to think about the longevity of this group and where it might reside long-term. Last spring, it was recommended that the SW PA Network look for a host organization while still maintaining some degree of autonomy to continue pursuing its vision, purpose and goals.
CHOOSING A HOST ORGANIZATION
A formal request for proposals (RFP – link here) has been issued by the Strategic Working Group to determine a host organization where the Southwestern Pennsylvania (SW PA) Water Network might live. We encourage you to distribute this RFP to your professional networks.
An information session about the selection process and RFP will be held on Friday, January 7th at 10am (more information here). Any questions or feedback about the RFP or selection process can be submitted through this form.
